What is the white stuff on top of my candles?

Since we use 100% soy wax frosting is destined to happen.

 

What is the brown stuff along the rim of my candle?

In some candle fragrances there is a property that is called vanillin.

 

Why won’t my wooden candle wick stay lit?

The wick needs to be trimmed. Extinguish the candle, trim the wick, and try to relight it.

The wick is drowning. If the wax seems to be taking over the wick, I advise you to move some of the wax around the candle in a circular hand motion. If that does not work, extinguish the fire, use a napkin to soak up the wax (caution wax mat be hot) this would remove some of the wax.

 

Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds. However, if your candle has a defect (not staying lit after doing the things explained in “why wont my wooden wick stay lit” or there is no scent) you can contact me, send it back, and ill accommodate you accordingly.

 

When could I expect my products?

Please give me 2 weeks to process your order, my candles are hand- made and I may need to make it. The Kar Freshners and Kreative Melts are made to order. However, I do not usually take that long. 

I use Priority Shipping with USPS which usually takes 2-5 days. However, due to COVID things have been moving slower. I would give it 2-10 days after your order has been shipped.
